Located on 250 rural acres by the bay on Maryland’s upper Eastern Shore, Easterseals Camp Fairlee provides year-round accessible recreation and family respite for children and adults with all types of disABILITIES. Camp Fairlee is best known for residential summer camp. Several summer camp sessions run June through August. Accessible activities include canoeing, kayaking, swimming, climbing tower, zip line, ropes courses, horseback riding, arts/crafts, outdoor games and more. All new and fully accessible facilities and cabins with A/C since 2015. There is a Health Center staffed with nurses. A physician is on call 24/7. Specialized diets are accommodated. During the off season there are themed weekend respite sessions that are two and three days long. In addition, we sponsor accessible travel trips for adults 18 and over to places like Disneyworld, Nashville and so forth. Each year there are Caribbean cruises.
